I found Chris through my employer's MetLife legal plan coverage. I saw he had great reviews so called his office. We explained our situation to the person who answered the phone and soonest they could get us to connect with Chris would be Monday (it was Friday). We asked if he even has 5 mins if he can squeeze us in and they said they'd see what they can do. About 10 mins later we get a call from Chris and he spent about 40 mins on the phone with us answering all of our questions. He is very professional, knowledgeable, listens well and had a good demeanor all around that made us feel comfortable to ask questions. We left the call feeling prepared about next steps of our situation and he let us know we can contact him anytime for more advice. Highly recommend.

If I had two more hands I would give Mr. Russo 4 thumbs up. I first used a big named lawyer located in Tampa and that was a horrible decision. I had to contact the Florida bar to report that attorney then just contacted the closest one to my residence which happened to be Mr. Russo. He took over the case and did exactly what an attorney should do plus more. From initial phone call to in-person meeting, Russo Law shattered expectations. My initial interaction was with Jeanette, who was warm and inviting. I contacted Chris at Russo Law through the recommendation of the FL Law Board. I did this because I was st my wits end for a civil case that I was a defendant in. I tried contacting all those big names you hear on TV and the radio and none wanted to give me the time of day because I wasn't the one looking for money. Chris understood this. He not only steered me on the right direction. He did so with understanding, knowledge, and compassion. The final solution allowed for an amicable compromise that that was seen as a win for all involved. This would have never happened without, not just the help, but the understanding Chris brought to the conversation. I will say this. Why call the other guys who will blow you off when they can't see dollar signs a plenty and headlines galore.
