From initial phone call to in-person meeting, Russo Law shattered expectations. My initial interaction was with Jeanette, who was warm and inviting. I had to reschedule last second and there was no fuss, or hint of frustration. She simply worked with a time that worked for me, that wasnt necessarily convenient for their office. After a few minutes of meeting Mr. Russo himself, it was clear what this experience was going to be. We came in ill prepared and with lots of questions. He displayed patience and understanding towards my mother and myself and allowed ample time to deliberate amongst ourselves as we moved forward through the process. He explained everything thoroughly and provided personal experience to drive home points and clarify understanding. It was obvious this law firm is for its clients and not a money grab. I recommend Russo Law to any and everyone.
