I have dealt with a few attorneys over the years, and you typically talk to a receptionist wait a week or more, get a crazy retainer fee you must pay and then the attorney begins charging for every email, every phone call etc. Chris had some availability, called me back the same day personally to figure out the issue I am having and even advised ways to avoid litigation. Not to avoid business, but to do the right thing for me the customer. Other attorneys likely would have dragged me through months of litigation costing me thousands in the process.
