Mr Russo began representing me prior to opening his own office. He and his paralegal were always professional and up to date with the progress of the case. Any question I had they provide me with answers in a manner which was easily comprehended. When he stepped out on his own and invited me to allow him to continue to represent me in the case I was initially conflicted about leaving an established firm and following him not certain of what support staff he had in place.
