Chris assisted my husband and I recently in creating our wills. He took my call immediately, I didn't even have to wait for an appointment. He explained everything in detail, drew up the will and had it emailed to me in only a few hours. He made a difficult topic absolutely painless. He was easy to talk to and extremely professional at the same time - a hard combo to come by in an attorney. I also had a separate legal issue to discuss and he allowed me to run it by him during that same consultation regarding our will. When I asked how much he charged for the separate legal matter, he was so gracious and told me not to worry about it. Talk about amazing customer service! I will definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of legal advice in the future.

I have dealt with a few attorneys over the years, and you typically talk to a receptionist wait a week or more, get a crazy retainer fee you must pay and then the attorney begins charging for every email, every phone call etc. Chris had some availability, called me back the same day personally to figure out the issue I am having and even advised ways to avoid litigation. Not to avoid business, but to do the right thing for me the customer. Other attorneys likely would have dragged me through months of litigation costing me thousands in the process. Honesty is the best policy and from my dealings I really like how forthcoming Chris Russo is and willing to help.
