Mr. Russo was very patient and compassionate when we spoke. He wasn't arrogant or pompous like most lawyers today. He cared about me as a person and listened, without rushing me or cutting me off. When people are injured, and or feel they have been wronged, they feel vulnerable and sometimes fragile. The last thing we need is a lawyer who is just out to make a buck, and sees a person as how much money they can make them. Mr. Russo was the first lawyer who took the time to advise me. I contacted at least 10-15 lawyers. They all had someone else call me to say they would not take my case without explanation, and to call the Bar. They would say "We aren't able to take your case, but that doesn't mean you don't have one, call the Bar." What does that mean? They all left me without an explanation of why. Mr. Russo was the first lawyer who took a few extra minutes to explain what happens and why. He even took a quick minute to look at a photo... I just needed to be seen as a person and heard. I tried not to take up much of his time because he was so kind... and I do know that time is money, (He never made me feel that though) but when a person like Mr. Russo takes the time to listen and offer advice that you can move forward with or information so you can see your options and make an informed decision, that person deserves me taking out my time to give a great and well deserved review. I was having a bad couple of days... Talking with him and his kindness made it better. The Golden Rule is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. What goes around comes around and you reap what you sow. For what you did for me, which may seem small to some, I know that good things will continue to come back to you Mr. Russo, so, never change the goodness you have within you. Please continue to care and have compassion even if you can't take a case. For that, I know who I will remember, and keep in my contacts. Should anything else come up, though I hope it will not, you will be the first Lawyer I call because if there is a case to be had, you deserve the case. This is a long review, but that is how much I was impacted in just 10 or 15 minutes! Thank you Mr. Russo

I want to thank Chris Russo and Fernanda Kretzer for being there for me and my husband for the last two years since my husband's accident. Chris and Fernanda were our advocates during an awfully hard time for us, and were a very diligent, prepared resourceful team. They made me feel like they sincerely cared about our case and they were ready to fight for us. The way that Chris connected with us, in my opinion is key when you are about to trust someone to handle your case. Chris was always punctilious and answered every question we had. I am eternally grateful for the talented service that was provided, and I hereby recommend Russo Law without reservation.

I had 2 other attorneys that failed to tell me details. When I called Chris he was excellent at getting me the information and handled my problem within 3 weeks. I would recommend him with excellent review.

Mr. Christopher Russo helped me save $5000!!! With his insight and help I was able to resolve an issue with my insurance not paying a $5000 property damage claim and now I'm able to get my license back! I'm so relieved and appreciative I highly recommend him for any issues you may have regarding licenses or any of your other legal needs.
